This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we may collect, how we may use this information, and when (under certain circumstances) we may disclose this information. This Privacy Policy also details the steps we have taken to secure your personal information. By visiting our site, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection
BOLT MaSTRmind may collect personal information about you. Examples of such information are name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card information, and customer preferences data. Examples of ways in which we may collect such information from you include the following:
A. Registration and Enrollment
Before using certain parts of this site or enrolling in a training, program, or membership, you must complete a registration form. When registering, you will be prompted to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. In addition, you may also be asked to provide your country of residence and/or your organization's country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your enrollment or purchase, to communicate with you about your program and this site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your enrollment or order, we will use the personal information to contact you.
B. E-mail Addresses
Some areas of the site allow you to enter your e-mail address for purposes including, but not limited to: sending training and program information, subscribing to the e-mail newsletter or blog, and receiving marketing emails after a training or call.
C. Cookies
Like most other websites, BOLT MaSTRmind uses cookie technology throughout this site. A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies are used to provide customers with tighter security, customized content, and tracking of orders. Unfortunately, customers who turn off cookies in their browser settings may not be able to register or enroll from this site. However, customers who have disabled cookies can still register by contacting us at (423) 556-3365. THIS SITE'S COOKIES DO NOT AND CANNOT INFILTRATE A USER'S HARD DRIVE TO GATHER A USER'S CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Our cookies are not "spyware"!
D. Third Party Partners
BOLT MaSTRmind may collect your email address via cookies and pixels on the site through the use of trusted third party partners. These partners may combine your email information with other information they have access to, such as mailing address, so that BOLT MaSTRmind may serve relevant marketing offers to you. If you do not want BOLT MaSTRmind to collect information about you, please contact us to opt out.
E. Mobile Services and Text Messaging (SMS)
You may choose to provide your mobile phone number when you register for a training, enroll in a program, or sign up to receive offers. Providing your mobile number is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or enrollment.
Bolt Coaching LLC (DBA BOLT MaSTRmind) operates two separate text-messaging programs. You must affirmatively opt in to each one separately (for example, by checking the applicable consent box):
Training / program texts (transactional): recurring SMS/MMS messages relating to your training or program registration — confirmations, updates, reminders, and customer-care responses.
Marketing / promotional texts: if you separately opt in, recurring SMS/MMS marketing messages — such as special offers, new trainings, events, and promotions — which may be sent using automated technology. You are not required to give this consent, or to receive marketing texts, to register for or purchase anything.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to any message from that program, after which you will receive a single confirmation and will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (423) 556-3365 or [email protected]. Supported carriers may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us operate our messaging programs (such as our text-messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers), and solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
Information Use
We do not sell or rent information about our customers, and all information provided to BOLT MaSTRmind remains absolutely confidential, except that:
A. We will use your personal information to communicate with you about your training, program, or membership, and we may send you a confirmation e-mail when you register or enroll with us. If you submit your e-mail address to register for our blog, e-mail newsletter, or to create a BOLT MaSTRmind account, we use it to deliver the information to you.
B. We may be required to disclose such information in response to subpoenas, court orders, requests from law-enforcement officials, or if we are otherwise required to disclose such information by law.
C. We may publicly disclose the name, city, and state of the winner of any online sweepstakes, marketing campaigns, or any other promotional event.
Protecting Your Information
Registering and enrolling on the site is easy, secure, and worry-free. We have taken reasonable measures to protect your personal information and to ensure that your enrollment and your credit card information are safe and secure. Regardless of these efforts, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, any information you transmit to us is sent at your own risk.
Opt Out / Corrections
Upon your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) stop sending e-mails to your e-mail address. You can make these requests by e-mailing [email protected]. Please clearly label the subject line "Opt Out/Corrections," and do not e-mail your credit-card number or other sensitive information.
Offline Collection, Use & Disclosure of Information
The majority of information that we collect is obtained through our site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of personal information. We also collect information offline, where we also try to protect the privacy of your personal information — for example, when someone calls us to register or to ask questions. When someone calls, we will ask only for the personal information we need in order to complete the registration or to answer the question. When we need to store information, we will enter it into our database.
Policy Changes
We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to refer to this Privacy Policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current Privacy Policy.
